moving health through creative practice
Arts in Health
Arts in Health projects provide creative tools to heal the social fabric as it relates to medicine, by engaging patients, medical practitioners, and their environments in exploring the experience of illness through creative practice.
Projects: oncogrrrls, cosensing healthcare, oncopoiesis, vital signs, collaborative research, workshops, events, and more.
Somatic Facilitation (Co-Sensing)
Using embodied practices for thinking collectively allows new ways of seeing the habitual. These processes involve doing with others, embodied research and joint inquiry as process experiments.
I design and facilitate methodologies for cultural institutions, research centers, corporate groups, and other groups seeking cultural change. I developed this approach to facilitation (Co-Sensing) in a Doctorate in Performance Studies, with a designated emphasis in Practice as Research and Feminist TechnoScience.
Art Works
Solo and collaborative bodily art works, performances, and more.
